Brief Introduction of Working Process:

    The process of system is finished under the units weighing and measuring; the setting of quantity and pre-quantity can be handled via weighing controller or PC; operating modes: automatic and manual; during breakdown or off-line of PC, the processes of hand operating modes as follows;

1. Handing the empty bottle over the supporting frame of scale according to the instruction of indication lamp, and connect the filling pipe.

2. Input the gas bottle series No. into PC, set the filling quantity for each scale in PC, kick “Start Filling” after confirmation, then scale automatic filling.

3. The filling condition can be monitored and saved at any time via PC.

4. After the quantity of filled material reaches the fixed quantity, the PC operator control relevant electromagnetic valve, and finishes the filling ration, when indication lamp turns on to indicate disconnecting of bottle.

5. Disconnect the filling pipe, hang the steel bottle away, print out the relevant report.

6. More the bottle to the re-inspection floor scale to inspect the weight the   system will save the actual weighing and judge whether it is qualified.
